Fall Series: "The Spiritual Journey of Oz"

Welcome to our 2014 Fall Faith in Action Series
This year’s seven-week fall study series uses the archetypal story of The Wizard of Oz to reveal the deeper meanings and possibilities of true Self-discovery.

The Wizard of Oz is a classic that never seems to grow old.  Quotes from the story such as,  “Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore,” and “Lions, and tigers, and bears…oh, my!” and “There’s no place like home” resonate deeply within us.

Intuitively, we know that Dorothy’s long, adventurous trip down the yellow brick road is far more than a children’s story… it is our story.

Through the lens of our own Hero’s Journey, we will discover how Dorothy’s adventure in a magical land inspires our lives today.  The story offers incredible "aha-moments," and calls us to expand our minds, open our hearts, and find the courage to connect with our own Self and Life story in an empowered and transformative way.

Ultimately, Dorothy attains the experience of "awakening." She finds her true Self, connects with her inner creative power, and discovers home.

I invite you to join in this enchanting adventure along the yellow brick road… as together we make new discoveries and explore rainbow possibilities!
